Thermaliner

If you require temperature control or improved thermal performance in your Arizon Air Structure, a vinyl-laminated, polyester layer can be installed within the outer membrane of your fabric envelope—creating a dead-air space of approximately six to 12 inches.

This added insulation, called the Arizon Thermaliner, reduces your heating and/or air conditioning costs, and even creates an acoustical barrier to the outside world.

To attach your inner and outer fabrics—and to allow for 100% insulation—Arizon makes use of a special perpendicular “tab.” This keeps the inside liner from contacting the exterior fabric, which avoids condensation issues and interruption of the insulated air space.
