Our competitors are primarily fabric brokers who buy the fabric and other building components (including HVAC, safety and building pressurization equipment) for assembly by customers at the job site. Instead, we do it all and sell it all. 2. We support our products with turnkey installation service and our own qualified, factory-authorized service personnel. Our competitors, however, use the service organizations of their vendors or independents who work on a job-to-job basis. 3. We guarantee what we sell through the industry’s best warranty and extended warranty package. Our competitors, though, attempt to “pass through” responsibility for their defective equipment to vendors or suppliers, some of whom are located thousands of miles or even continents away from the customer. 4. We offer an exclusive casualty, property and liability insurance program that protects our customers’ investments in our products. 5. We finance our products for qualified customers, using experienced insurance, financial and banking professionals.
