Rapid Construction

Custom designed, Arizon Air Structures are pre-fabricated instead of field constructed. With minimal site preparation, erection of the Arizon Air Structure typically takes three to seven days, depending on its size.

Property Tax
(can be classified by the IRS and leading tax experts as equipment or personal property in some cases, eliminating costly real estate property taxes)

Purchasing an Arizon air supported structure may result in significant federal and state income tax savings. All Arizon structures are portable and therefore are classified as personal property for federal income tax purposes, qualifying for accelerated depreciation. As personal property, Arizon air supported structures can be depreciated over a period of seven years under MACRS. Traditional buildings are depreciated over 39 years. Even when factoring in the need to have a mechanical system continuously operating and the need for a back-up system, utility costs are typically comparable to conventional heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems used in traditional brick and mortar, steel and glass or metal buildings. Our exclusive use of Johnson Air Rotation Systems and MarCraft Custom HVAC Systems in our Arizon Air Structures will provide owners with large energy/utility cost savings compared to inadequate HVAC systems used on competitive structures.

This unique structural design allows Arizon Air Structures to stand up to 150 mph winds and snow loads up to 50 lbs./sq.ft., with less danger of collapsing debris in an earthquake, hurricane or tornado. Arizon's exclusive liability, property and casualty insurance program provides protection for your investment.
