The most visual aspect of any Arizon Air Structure, the outer Fabric Envelope is a high-strength polyester and vinyl-coated composite fabric. This powerful combination has great tensile strength, and when coated with our own proprietary finishes, provides additional UV protection, longevity, low maintenance and even greater support strength. What's more, unlike a steel structure, the fabric never rusts or requires painting.

Plus, the Arizon Fabric Envelope is not sewn or “heat sealed” together. Instead, our Electronic Radio Frequency (RF) welding machinery develops seam construction equal to the strength of the fabric, which increases the life of the structure and prevents air and weather leakage.
