Arizon Structures have significant performance advantages over conventional buildings. They are the only method for obtaining open, clear-span space, measurable not only in square feet but in acres. Arizon Structures’ unique fabric exterior provides enough natural daylight that the need for interior lighting during the day is practically eliminated. When compared to other building structures such as metal buildings, Arizon Structures have excellent thermal insulation properties with insulation factors that can be designed up to R-30, a level that can be cost-prohibitive to attain even in conventional brick and mortar or steel and glass office buildings. Arizon Structures, with their aerodynamic shape and unique grid system, can withstand blizzard conditions and gale-force windstorms, far beyond the ability of temporary metal buildings and many permanent structures. Officially rated in past designs to stand up to 150 mph winds and snow loads up to 50 lbs./sq.ft., Arizon Structures have been known to perform well beyond their officially rated tolerances. |
